How do I create a customer account?
Having a Plazzart account is essential to buy works on the website, ask questions on an item or create alerts depending on the objects you are looking for ! You can log in via your Facebook account or create a customer account following these steps :

1. Click on the "Sign up" button top right.
2. Fill in your email address, then click on "Create your account"
3. Create a password, read and accept the terms of use then click on "Create new account".

A confirmation email is then sent to the email address you have entered - We invite you to consult your spam folder.

How do I reset my password?
To reset your password:

1. Click on "Log In" then on "You have forgotten your password?"
2. Enter the email address associated with the customer account.
3. Click on the link which has been sent to you via email and enter a new password - We invite you to consult your spam folder.

How do I modify the email address of my customer account?
To modify the email address associated with your customer account:

1. Log in to your customer account
2. Click on "My Account" and consult the "Profile" tab
3. Click on the "Email" tab and save your new email address.

How do I modify the details associated with my customer account?
To modify the details associated with your customer account:

1. Log in to your customer account
2. Click on "My Account" and consult the "Profile" tab
3. Modify your details and click on "Save" to save them.

How do I manage my subscriptions to the Plazzart newsletters?
Plazzart keeps you regularly informed about new articles listed on the platform. We offer two newsletters :

  • The "Work of the week" Newsletter: This newsletter is sent at the beginning of the week nd showcases an exceptional object currently on sale on our website. It also highlights two or three other works that are related to the first one.
  • The "Public" Newsletter: This newsletter is sent at the end of the week and showcases a dozen of works directly related to chosen themes. Still life paintings, necklaces, nudes and more, we select works on sale on the website and promote them.
To manage your newsletters:

1. Log in to your customer account
2. Click on "My Account" and consult the "Newsletters" tab
3. Tick the boxes of the newsletters you want to subscribe to.

To unsubscribe:

1. Log in to your customer account
2. Click on "My Account" and consult the "Newsletters" tab
3. Untick the boxes of the newsletters you no longer want to subscribe to.

How can I be notified about new objects?
Depending on your preferences, Plazzart alerts you about recently listed items !

You have the possibility of receiving alerts according to:
  • A category (ie : Modern Art)
  • A type of object (ie : Lithograph)
  • An object in particular (ie : Pierre SOULAGES - Screenprint n°16, 1981 - Original signed screenprint)

To subscribe to alerts :

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. When you navigate the platform, click on the buttons "Follow this category" or "Create an alert" in the top right corner of your screen.

How do I manage my alerts?
To manage your alerts:

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Click on "My Account" and consult the "Alerts management" tab.

You can now manage your alerts via keywords and /or via categories.

Finally, you can decide to receive alerts either daily or weekly.

How do I make sure that my order has been paid?
To access your order status:

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Click on "My Account" and consult the "Orders/Invoices/Tracking" tab

The status of the payment of your order can be found in the "Status" column!

Please note that:
  • For a PayPal payment: You must have received a confirmation from PayPal and a Plazzart confirmation email (we invite you to check your spam folder).
  • For a credit card payment: You must have received a credit card receipt and a Plazzart confirmation email (we invite you to check your spam folder).
  • For a Bank transfer/Paycheck payment: You must have received a Plazzart confirmation email (we invite you to check your spam folder).

If no confirmation email has been sent, this means your order has been unsuccessful.

What should I do if my order has been unsuccessful?
If no confirmation email has been sent after placing your order, this means your order has been unsuccessful.

To resume your order:

1. Click on the "Shopping Card" button at the top of your screen
2. Check the objects present in your card then click on "Proceed to checkout"
3. Follow the order's different steps until payment validation.

How do I find my purchases history?
To access your purchases history:

2. Click on "My Account" and consult the "Orders/Invoices/Tracking" tab.
How do I obtain my order invoice?
To access your invoices:

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Click on "My Account" and consult the "Orders/Invoices/Tracking" tab
3. Select the order and click on "Download receipt"

The object I received does not satisfy me, how do I return it?
We are sorry your purchase does not meet your expectations. We invite you to fill in the following form by mentioning the number of the order you wish to return, our team will contact you within two working days to let you know which steps to take !

I do not receive Plazzart emails, what can I do?
We invite you to check your spam folder, it is possible our emails are there! You can also add our email address to your contacts list.

Where can I get my order delivered?
Unless otherwise indicated, you can have your order delivered at any address.
What are the delivery fees?
As well as the article's weight, dimensions and price, the delivery costs vary as well depending on the country to which your order is sent.

The delivery fees indicated by default are valid for the country in which you are based but to find out about the delivery fees for articles delivered to another country:

1. Go to the item's notice
2. Click on the "See more" button on the right side of the notice
3. Select the country

How can I know whether taxes or custom fees will have to be paid during importation?
The objects dispatched from abroad can be submitted to custom fees or taxes linked to importation.
These fees are from the object price and shipping costs. If eventual fees occur, the carrier will contact you directly. It is therefore your responsibility to manage these eventual fees.
In general, these fees are applied to objects dispatched from a country outside the European Union.

How is my order shipped?
All your items are shipped in insured and secure packages. You systematically receive a tracking number when it is handled by the carrier. This allows you to follow the dispatch of your order. We invite you to regularly consult your spam folder. If a mobile number has been given, you will also receive a text message.
When will my order be delivered?
99% of our orders are shipped within two working days and usual delivery delays range from 2 to 15 working days.

A tracking number is systematically sent when your order is handled by the carrier - We invite you to check your spam folder.

Why have I received several tracking numbers for a single order?
It is possible that you are buying different items from different sellers. You will therefore have as many tracking numbers as sellers. You can find the number of sellers you bought items from from your purchase confirmation - We invite you to check your spam folder.
I have received a damaged package, what should I do?
We are sorry to learn that your order has arrived damaged. We invite you to fill out the following form by mentioning the tracking number of the order involved, our team will get in touch within two working days to inform you about the steps to take!

I do not receive Plazzart’s emails, what should I do?
We invite you to check your spam folder, it is probable our emails are there! You can also add our email address to your contacts list.

How can I know whether an object is available?
If a price is indicated on the item's notice, it is available!
How can I be sure of the authenticity of the works listed on Plazzart?
Each object is controlled by our team of experts before being listed on Plazzart.
Only art market professionals - gallery owners, art dealers, experts or collectors - that are recognized for their reliability can take part in our program.

It is also the guarantee that you will find items on Plazzart whose description is complete and whose images are detailed!

How do I obtain a certificate of authenticity?
For some works, the presence of a specific certificate of authenticity is mentioned in the notice by the seller.
Otherwise, we inform you that a Plazzart certificate is edited for every object bought on the platform.

To download your certificate:

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Click on "My Account", "Orders/Invoices/Tracking" tab
3. Select your order and click on "Download certificate".

What does the “reserved” status mean?
The "reserved" status means the object interests someone else! Fill in the form below to express your interest. Our team will get back to you shortly.

How do I ask a question on an item?
To ask a question directly to a seller:

1. Go the item's notice
2. Click on the "Ask a question" button on the right side of the notice
3. Enter the requested information and click "Send".

The seller will get back to you shortly!

What are the different payment methods?
Plazzart offer three payment methods:
  • PayPal
  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer or Paycheck (our bank and postal details are sent to you by email as soon as your order is confirmed)

For credit card payments, please make sure you can receive the 3D Secure codes. Without authentication, the transaction cannot occur!

How to send a direct offer to the seller?
You can send your offer to the seller by directly asking a question on the object you have noticed.

For this:

1. Go the item's notice
2. Click on the button "Ask a question" on the right side of the notice
3. Enter the requested information and click "Send".

The seller will get back to you shortly!

Is it possible to adjust ring sizes?
In most cases, it is possible to adjust rings' size. To have confirmation from the seller as well as information concerning potential fees, we ask you to contact the seller directly from the item notice by clearly mentioning the size to which you wish to adjust the piece.

Is it possible to view the objects in person?
Given that the items are not kept in a single space, Plazzart does not have access to all the works in its offices. Exceptions aside, it is therefore not possible to see the object in our offices.
