The sheet is marked with the editor's seal and the lithograph is also authenticated by the editors dry stamp, Imprimerie Chaix.
The first edition was created in 1897 for the American magazine from Philadelphia "Lippincott's Magazine".

The lithograph was edited by Les Maîtres de l'Affiche in the Imprimerie Chaix in 1895. It is part of the eponymous portfolio (plate n°132) that represented the reproductions of the most beautiful
posters illustrated by great artists of the time.

In excellent condition.
