Printed in an edition of 1,000, making it quite rare. Also a truly wonderful printing!

Signed on the plate.

Condition: In overall good condition, with soft handling creases at the edges. Some visible stains in the margins, especially lower right margin. Image very clean otherwise.

The lithograph was published in the scarce and famous book Das Modern Plakat, a collection of 52 lithograph plates including Lautrec, Steinlen, Beggarstaff, Mucha, and others. Published by G. Kühtmann in 1897, Dresden.

Those small lithograph posters are similar in terms of quality a rarity as the set "Les Affiches Illustrées".
