Vietnam 2021 Chinese zodiac sign RAT (see table of years and signs in the photos) Original watercolor painted and signed by hand Not framed Master Lam Chi Van artist of Sino-Vietnamese origin currently lives in French-speaking Switzerland. Born in 1945 in Vietnam, very young, he showed remarkable artistic dispositions which naturally led him to follow the teaching of the National School of Fine Arts in Saigon then, in 1966, he left for Belgium to enter the National School of Architecture and Visual Arts of Brussels.
