Lovely Ashanti doll, called "Akwaba" (which means "welcome" in most "Akan" ethnicities) or more commonly "Doll of Fertility". This statuette's head has an
ovoid shape, the most recognizable sign amongst Ashanti dolls.
This doll posseses a lot of charm with its fine and delicate carvings
Old piece. For collectors.
