Ron English :
Born in 1959 in Chicago, USA, he was the at the origin of the Popaganda movement, which could be translated as Pop propaganda. Graduated of an art school in Texas, Ron English discovered drawing at a very young age. First, He worked as a cartoonist for a local magazine. Ron English has taken many icons and references of his time such as Ronald McDonalds, Mickey Mouse, The Simpsons, The Flintstones, The Hulk, Super Mario, The Teletubbies or Barack Obama and turned them into posters or graffiti on the walls.
