Signed on the plate lower right margin.

+ Size of the image: 35 x 21,5 cm / 13,7 x 8,4 in.

Condition: In fair/good condition, with soft handling creases and some slight discoloration at the edges. Several minor stains and some folds on the corners. One defect is at the left of the character's head. Image clean otherwise.

Issued from the advertising album "La Dernière Lettre Persane" for the luxury fashion brand Les Fourrures Max.

This series is considered as one of Benito's masterpieces, as described and referenced in "Pages d'or de la publicité, Bibliothèque Forney, 1988, n°17".
