Jackie Stewart is a Formula 1 legend with 49 podium finishes, 17 pole positions and 15 fastest laps. During his career, he scored 360 points in the Formula 1 world championship and achieved the world
championship title three times. He decided to end his career abruptly on the eve of his hundredth participation, on October 6, 1973, following the death of his teammate François Cevert, during
practice for the United States Grand Prix at Watkins Glen.
