Etude tete de femme pour Guernica
Lithograph, numbered 103/200
Margins: 61 x 40 cm
Image Size: 44.5 x 23.5 cm
The lithography is a Picasso study that rapresent woman's screaming head for Guernica. The latter is one of the major Picasso's production, created by the Spanish author during air strikes that
destroyed the namesake city that wounded the people of those lands.
In this study we see all the woman's suffering face expressed through a deforming scream, so the mouth opens and neck writhing in pain.
