Ladies and Gentlemen Screen print, signed, numbered 107/125 and dated on the back. The screen printing belongs to the Ladies and Gentlemen portfolio (Ed. Luciano Anselmino, Milan) made by Andy Warhol in 1975 and presented in the same year during an exhibition in Ferrara (Palazzo dei Diamanti).

The series represents ten black american transvestites: truly drag queens from New York's clubs portrayed with a polaroid, after used by Warhol to realize the screen printings. The artist added in every composition big signs and colored fragments that overlie to the transvestites' faces.
