The Serret-Portier experts office is specialized in jewellery (precious stones and jewellery items), french and foreign silverware, showcase items (boxes and miniatures…) and watches. Founded in 1921 by Monsieur Reinach, it was then owned in 1942 by Messieurs Reinach and Fommervault until 1970, and then Gérard de Fommervault from 1970 to 1985. The company Philippe SERRET & Emeric PORTIER was created on January the 1st in 1986. In 2014, Stephen Portier became an associate. Monsieur Emeric PORTIER is an expert accredited to the Cour de Cassation (Highest court), the Paris Court of Appeal, assessor to the customs expertise and conciliation commission, recommanded by the plenary Assembly of Insurance Companies, and has got a diploma from the Institut de Gemmologie de Paris (ING). Monsieur Stephen PORTIER, has a diamond diploma from the « Gemmology Institute of America » (GIA) and a gemmology diploma from the «Institut National de Gemmologie » (ING).
