The lithographs presented outside the text were printed in the workshop of the printer Arte Maeght in Paris on Rives Vellum pure rag paper made specially for this edition.

The full leather binding, treated traditonally, is a creation of the Editons of Rameau d'or in collaboration with Jacques Menidrey, art binder. The work is protected by a carded curved case with a leather border.
