Original edition, entirely illustrated by Dali with erotic compositions, most of them taken from daily life elements, such as furniture or fruits, found in books and magazines, et transformed by the
artist.
The illustration is composed of 18 full-page compositions.
This edition presents in addition 10 plates of metamorphosis, from the « traité des systèmes érotiques et des mille façons masturbatoires, des Romains » of Dali.

Salvador Dali :
Salvador Dalí (1904-1989) is a surrealist painter, draughtsman, sculptuor, lithograph, writter, photographer from catalan origins. Born Salvador Domingo Felipe Jacinto Dalí i Domènech, known as Salvador Dalí, Titled "Marqués de Dalí de Púbol" by the king of Spain in 1982.
He is considered as one of the major figures of surrealism and most famous painters of the 20th century.
