Othon Friesz : (1879-1949) Achille-Émile Othon Friesz, known as Othon Friesz is a french painter. He was first influenced by the impressionnists, and then by Vincent van Gogh and Paul Gauguin. Some of his works were exhibited at the Salon d'Automne in 1905, with Henri Matisse, Albert Marquet and Henrin Manguin works. His predominent style is fauvism.
