INFORMATIONS: Lino Melano, mosaic artist and painter, born in Ravenna (Italy) on September 11th 1924. He studied architecture, sculpture and painting at the Academie des Beaux-Arts in Ravenna.
Lino Melano was Fernand Leger's and Georges Braque's official mosaic artist, in fact he created the monumental mosaics that are found today on the walls of the Musée Fernand Léger in Biot.
Very good condition, slight wear on the edges.
