Très belle lithographie - Epreuve d'Artiste - représentant 2 femmes des années 30 accoudées à un bar.
Signée au crayon par l'artiste - B. PELTRIAUX - en bas à droite.
Bernard PELTRIAUX est un peintre figuratif. Son oeuvre se révèle exclusivement de composition, dont le personnage féminin est le centre d'interêt.
Peinture gaie, d'atmosphère, avec un fond discret d'anecdote, mais non dénuée de force; où le charme féminin s'épanouit dans la société mondaine; soit à l'époque 1900 et, plus librement, entre les deux guerres.
