The leaflet bears the stamp of the publisher and the lithograph is also authenticated by the dry stamp of the publisher, Imprimerie Chaix.
The first edition was created in 1894 for the exhibition of H. G. Ibels at La Bodinière.
The lithograph was published by Les Maîtres de l'Affiche in Imprimerie Chaix in 1897. It was part of this eponymous portfolio (plate n°138) which represented the reproductions of the most beautiful
posters illustrated by the great artists of the time.
