Wolf Vostell :
(1932-1998) was a german artist, who was born in Leverkusen in 1932, and who died in Berlin in 1998. He is considered as one of the major contemporary artists: member of Fluxus, he has had a prolific career, and has produced numerous paintings, sculptures, and is most of al known for his happenings and his Video Art.
Pioneer in the art of installation, video art, and happenings, he is the major German artist of the second half of the 20th century.
