He was born in Springfield, Ohio, but spent much of his life in France. His works are now held in several prestigious museums, including the Musée d’Orsay in Paris, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rouen. His son, Frank-Will, also became a painter. 41 X 27 cm
