Joseph Savina (1901-1983) Breton cabinetmaker and sculptor, he met Le Corbusier during a vacation in Trégor in 1935. From this meeting was born a fruitful collaboration of 40 years.
Savina is the cabinetmaker of the Breton artistic movement Seiz Breur, translating the spirit of the group into furniture. From 1947, he sculpted the drawings entrusted to him for Le Corbusier, transposing them into painted or articulated forms.
