The sheet is marked with the editor's dry stamp and the lithograph is also authenticated by the editor's dry stamp, Imprimerie Chaix.
The first edition was created in 1894 for the 7th Art Exhibition of the Salon des Cents. It shows Paul Verlaine on the foreground.

The lithograph was edited by Les Maîtres de l'Affiche in the Imprimerie Chaix in 1895. It is part of this eponymous portfolio (plate n°15) showing reproductions of the most beautiful illustrated
posters by the great artists of the time.

Excellent condition, two small brown marks in the margins.
