He is adorned with a small loincloth and a large necklace materialized by the pastillage technique. The face of disproportionate dimensions has eyes marked with an incision, an eagle-beak nose and a mouth with a pronounced rictus in sign of defiance. The ears are decorated with large circular tambas (earrings), the top of the skull adorned with a double headband and adorned with a scholarly headdress composed of two large lenticular motifs in its center as well as two quadrangular growths at its ends. Part of the face is decorated with black warlike paint, here bitumen (chapopote), clearly indicating the character's warlike intentions, in this case a warrior or a pelota player.
